ถ้าจะรับ คิดให้ดี นี่มันรัฐธรรมนูญที่ออกโดย คมช. พวกเล่นบอกแต่ข้อดี ไม่บอกข้อเสียที่หมกเม็ดไว้ (คิดว่าต้องมี)

ถ้าจะไม่รับ คมช. มันก็อาจจะหยิบรัฐธรรมนูญปี พ.ศ. 2540 มา แล้วเสแสร้งว่าเอามาแก้ไขใหม่ แต่จริงๆแล้วมันก็หยิบเอาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญปี พ.ศ. 2550 อันที่มันให้เราเลือกนั่นละมาใช้

นี่ก็อาจหมายความว่า ไม่ว่าร่างรัฐธรรมนูญปี พ.ศ. 2550 จะผ่านการลงมติหรือไม่ คมช. มันก็คงเอาร่างรัฐธรรมนูญปี พ.ศ. 2550 มาใช้อย่างแน่นอน

แล้วมันจะให้เราเลือกกันทำไม! ทำไมไม่เขียนเสร็จก็ประกาศใช้ไปเลย จะได้เรียกเต็มปากว่ารัฐธรรมนูญฉบับ คมช. หรือที่ให้พวกเราเลือกก็เพียงแค่เอาประชาชนมา บังหน้า ว่ารัฐธรรมนูญฉบับนี้ประชาชนยอมรับถึงแม้จะออกแบบมาโดย คมช. ก็ตาม

นอกจากนี้ ผมยังคิดว่าการลงมติครั้งนี้มันเป็นแค่การวัดกำลังของ คมช. กับ กลุ่มอำนาจเก่า ถ้าร่างรัฐธรรมนูญปี พ.ศ. 2550 ผ่านการลงมติ คมช. มันก็จะอ้างว่าประชาชนเห็นดีเห็นงามกับพวกมัน แต่ถ้าไม่ผ่าน คมช. มันจะเสียหน้าอย่างแรง ดังนั้น ต้องผลักดันห้ผ่านให้ได้ (ไม่ว่าวิธีใดก็ตาม)

แล้วผมก็ตัดสินใจว่าไหนๆการไม่ไปออกเสียงครั้งนี้ก็ไม่ขัดต่อกฏหมาย (ที่พวกมันตั้งขึ้นมา) ผมก็คงจะ นอนอยู่บ้าน ไม่ขอไปร่วมสังฆกรรมอย่างแน่นอน

โจรครองเมือง ถ้าไม่ใช้คำนี้ก็ไม่รู้จะใช้คำไหนแล้วละ

เรื่องแรกเป็นหนังวัยรุ่นจากประเทศเกาหลี เรื่องราวเริ่มต้นเมื่อชายหนุ่มรูปหล่อ แอนโธนี่ (ปาร์กจินวู) ที่เป็นที่หมายปองของหญิงสาวทั้งโรงเรียน ไปชอบหญิงสาวคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นน้องของเพื่อนตัวเอง กับนักศึกษาสาวบริการ โพเวอตี้ เกิร์ล ยากจนคนหนึ่ง (คิมอ็อกบิน) ที่ต้องการจะเอาชนะใจหนุ่มหรู แอนโธนี่ เผื่อหวังในเงินทองและการก้าวหน้าในชีวิต เมื่อแอนโธนี่ค้นพบความจริงว่าสาวที่หมายปองที่เป็นน้องของเพื่อนตัวเองนั้น เป็นชายในร่างหญิง ดังนั้นโพเวอตี้ เกิร์ล จึงมีความหวังอีกครั้ง คาดว่าเรื่องนี้คงจะสนุก ส่วนการดำเนินเรื่องจะเป็นอย่างไร ความสนุกและฮา จะมากเพียงไรคงต้องไปชมกันเองนะครับ

ส่วนเรื่องตั๊ดสู้ฟุดนั้นเป็นหนังตลกที่ผลิตโดยคนไทยโดยกลุ่มดาราตลกชื่อดัง เป็นเรื่องราวที่ เกาะฮ่องกง ปีใด พ.ศ.ใด นั้นไม่แน่ใจ เพราะเรื่องนี้ผู้กำกับโม้ขึ้นมาเอง รู้แต่ว่าฮ่องกงขณะนั้นเป็นยุคที่มาเฟียเกลื่อนเมือง ผู้คนแบ่งเป็นฝักเป็นฝ่าย เป็นก๊กเป็นแก็งค์ การใช้กำลังและความรุนแรงระบาดไปทุกหย่อมหญ้า เจ้าหน้าที่บ้านเมืองได้แต่อิดหนาระอาใจกับอิทธิพลของอันธพาลในร่างพ่อค้า ธุรกิจการค้าขายทั้งที่ถูกและผิดกฎหมายถูกกุมอำนาจไว้โดยคนเพียงสามกลุ่ม

กลุ่มแรก แก็งค์ตรอกโรงเจ คุมบ่อนไพ่นกกระจอก กำถั่ว และ เต๋าปั่น มี อาเฟย (จตุรงค์ มกจ๊ก) เจ้าพ่อขาโหดที่ชอบกินแตงโมเป็นชีวิตจิตใจเป็นหัวหน้าแก็งค์ ส่วนแก็งค์ประตูผี คุมกิจการร้านเหล้าและหอนางโลมทั้งหมด มี เสิ่นปอ (เกรียงศักดิ์ เหรียญทอง) เจ้าพ่อผู้มีลูกสาวสวยผิดพันธุกรรมเป็นหัวหน้าแก็งค์ สุดท้าย แก็งค์มังกรทอง คุมตลาดทั้งน้อยใหญ่ มี หม่าหย่งให่ (จิ้ม ชวนชื่น) เจ้าพ่อชราที่กำลังทุกข์ทรมานด้วยโรคอัลไซเมอร์เป็นหัวหน้าแก็งค์

ในการฟัดกันครั้งล่าสุดระหว่างแก็งค์ อาเต๋า ลูกชายหัวแก้วหัวแหวนของ หม่าหย่งให่ โดนศัตรูต่างแก็งค์ฟันจนแขนขาด ร้อนถึง อาคุน (นุ้ย เชิญยิ้ม) พ่อบ้านแห่งบ้านสกุลหม่า ต้องออกตามหา อาเทียน (สิทธิชัย ผาบชมภู) น้องชายฝาแฝดของอาเต๋า ที่แม่หอบหนีไปตั้งแต่ยังแบเบาะให้กลับมาสืบทอดแก็งค์มังกรทอง เรื่องราวคงไม่วุ่นวาย ถ้าอาเทียนไม่ได้เป็น ตุ๊ด

อาเทียน หรือ นังเทียน ในหมู่เพื่อนสาว ยอมสวมรอยทำตัวแมนแทนอาเต๋า เพื่อรอวันขึ้นรับตำแหน่งหัวหน้าแก็งค์มังกรทอง ลำพังทำตัวเป็นชายก็ฝืนจริตจะแย่ ยังต้องมาทำใจให้รักชะนีสาวอย่าง เพ่ย เพ่ย (ปกฉัตร เทียมชัย) ลูกสาวเสิ่นปอคู่รักข้ามแก็งค์ของอาเต๋าอีก ยิ่งสร้างความปวดแก่นให้แก่อาเทียนเป็นอันมาก ตุ๊ดธรรมดาๆ คนหนึ่ง ไหนเลยต้องมาแบกรับความรับผิดอันใหญ่ยิ่งเช่นนี้ (อาเต๋าในเรื่องนี้ไม่ได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอะไรกับผมนะครับ)
